Greetings from the tranquil shores of Koh Yao Noi!

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share a personal journey that led me to this remarkable island and the exciting ventures we’ve embarked on here.

Why Koh Yao Noi?

Allow me to start with the ‘Why?’
I’ve been fortunate to explore over 50 countries in my 30-year travel journey, including places like China and Russia, each more than 20 times.

Not to boast, but to establish that my perspective is rich and diverse. Having visited Phuket numerous times, it was 12 years ago that I stumbled upon Koh Yao Noi and instantly fell in love. Eight subsequent visits later, I decided to make this island my home, drawn not only by its breathtaking beauty but also its sustainability potential.

As a survival specialist for three decades, I am deeply interested in sustainable living. Koh Yao Noi, with its rice fields, animal herds, abundant seafood, fresh fruits, and vegetables, is a haven where one could thrive even if the world turned upside down.

Our Initiatives: An Pao Beach Residence & More

I’ve summarized detailed information on our initiatives in the following websites:

In addition to being a qualified scientist and a registered builder with the NHBRC in South Africa, I run a Natural Sweetener company with production in China. After settling on Koh Yao Noi, I spotted an opportunity in property development and constructed An Pao Beach Residence with 5 villas. Notably, three of these were sold to directors of HP Asia and one to the owner of Thai Charters Phuket.

Our latest venture involves building villa 6 at An Pao Beach Residence, 95% complete with a stunning 5 x 11 m pool. We’ve also acquired more beachfront property for Waterfall Residence, featuring five AAA villas named after a seasonal waterfall behind the site.

Expanding Horizons

Beyond these, we’ve signed a new lease with an option to buy a section of land next door to Waterfall Residence, adding more richness to our portfolio. With access to 8 prime locations, our initiatives promise depth and sustainability.
